Inner Shift Breathwork

Unlock the Power of Your Breath

Step into a guided breathwork experience and discover how your breath can be used as a powerful tool to influence your body, calm your mind, and build resilience from within.

The session begins with a short introduction to the breathing method and what cue's you will be hearing. We’ll cover safety and what sensations you might experience before moving into the guided technique. From there, you’ll be taken through several rounds of breathwork designed to shift your inner state, increase oxygen efficiency, and deepen your awareness. The session will close with a calming meditation and sound bath to integrate the effects.

Who is this class for?
This class is suitable for most people with a basic level of health. However, it is not advised during pregnancy or for those with epilepsy. If you have cardiovascular concerns or a serious medical condition, please consult a healthcare professional and get in touch before participating..

Brilliant Birth Partner Workshop

with ZenWoman & Highwood Wellbeing
Sunday 14th June

This empowering and practical workshop is designed specifically for birth partners who want to feel confident, calm and truly supportive during pregnancy, labour and birth. Together we explore how partners can play an active role, both physically and emotionally, through massage, movement and comfort techniques that make a real difference. You will also gain practical tools for keeping the birth space positive and safe, learn how to advocate effectively, and feel prepared to handle the unexpected with confidence. By the end of the session, you will leave not only with knowledge, but with hands-on skills that help you become the steady, reassuring presence every mother needs.

Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath

A beautiful evening of relaxation. Be guided into a deep state of rest guided by Sam from ZenWoman through Yoga Nidra, whilst also enjoying the vibrations of the gongs & crystal bowls from Rachel of Zendeavours. The event is a safe space for all women to enjoy some relaxation

Sound Bath

Experience deep relaxation as you’re immersed in therapeutic sounds from gongs, crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant instruments. These sound frequencies help shift brainwaves into a meditative state, calming the nervous system and supporting healing. The session starts with a gentle breathwork. No experience needed—just lie down, get comfortable, and let the sounds wash through you. Donations are welcome but not obligatory

This session is suitable for most people, however it is not generally advised during the first trimester of pregnancy, for those that wear a pacemaker or for those with epilepsy. If you have any medical concerns about attending Sound Bath's please consult a healthcare professional before participating.

When using maps to find us, it is best to search for ‘The Zen Space Cheddar’, as the postal address doesn’t bring you directly to our door.

We have plenty of on site free parking, just turn left when you see the studio and the rest of the business park ahead, do not go through the gates.
